Most of our products are bread, pastry, croissant, cookies and even ketchup we make by ourselves. We prefer organic products. We use purified water, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt in our meals.
Alternative products like stevia, agave, soy milk or tofu are not available in many places. We make our hamburgers from 100% meat prepared for us in 3 different cuts.
