Our story started in 2012 in order to realize the dream of making the beauties of the Aegean accessible to its guests in crowded cities in every season.
Inspired by our passion for the beauties of nature, just like in the Aegean; Goat’s milk, real fruit, local salep and chocolate ice cream and milk desserts are served in our restaurants.
We carefully preserved Alaçatı architecture with its narrow cobblestone streets smelling basil, blue painted wooden tables, geraniums hanging from stone walls and honeysuckles. We carried the naturalness and flavours of the Aegean to the big cities to satisfy the longings of the people.
Our first branch opened in 2012 in Alaçatı, while proud of preserving the identity of the day it was first opened; Today, 75 branches throughout Turkey with our employees we serve more than 2400 smoothie. Proactive guests needs and proposals to clarify the concept of services and solutions to meet unconditionally with all the flavours of Aegean Turkey, we are working on our first day’s sincerity and determination for you to imagine your sweet kaşıklark yourself in Alacati.
Alaçatı Muhallebicisi, which can accommodate you at different times of the day, offers the pleasure of starting the day with a delicious Aegean breakfast accompanied by handmade pancakes in the early morning hours. You can have lunch and dinner with the delicious and healthy dishes of the Aegean, you can have an unforgettable experience on your palate with goat milk and ice cream produced with real fruit grains, or pamper yourself with the unique milk desserts of Alaçatı.
