Everything on our menu is made by hand, sourced from local, mostly organic, ingredients that we purchase directly from small producers. We strongly believe in supporting these small farmers, as we are producers, too…
As a reflection of our appreciation and respect for the diverse cuisines of Turkey, we serve some traditional recipes from Anatolia.
Our carefully curated wine list highlights the local harvests of regions including Thrace, the Aegean Coast and Middle of Anatolia. Accompanying cheeses celebrate the diversity of flavours found throughout Turkey, from Kars, Erzincan and Konya, to Antakya, Ayvalık and Ezine. Our olives are grown in Gemlik and Antakya, while our olive oil—Seletepe—comes from Ayvalık/Gömeç (and is available for purchase). Our traditional pasta and tomato puréeare sourced from the Soma Women’s Cooperative.
The jams and marmalades are made by mom—or from mom’s recipes.
